Men in offices will remove their ties, open the collars of their shirts, roll up their sleeves, and do the exercises in shirts and trousers. You’ll notice that I perform most often with blank feet. Clean feet are preferable, but if you put into effect shoes, use sneakers or gymnastic shoes, with socks that keep in
place.
